摘要
以TMS320F2810作为节点控制核心,设计实现了基于CAN2.0B的井下数据采集系统。该系统采用一主多从分布式结构,主节点负责收集信息及与地面通讯,各子节点总线周期设计为分时机制,并预留多路信号采集接口,节点编号分配应用外接跳线设置,可实现总线接入的即插即用,最高可扩展支持32个节点,井下传输波特率可调,最高可达1Mbps.经实验证明,该系统的设计模式能适应井下数据采集中各类数据采集传感器,在井下高压高温环境下作业,性能可靠。
TMS320F2810 being the control core of the nodes, this paper designed a data collect system used under the well based on CAN2.0B protocol. This system used the one main more sub-distributed structure. The main-node was used to colleet the information and communicate with the ground system. Time sharing mechanism was designed for the bus period of the sub-nodes and some information collecting interfaces were reserved. In order to have the function of plug and play, external jumpers were used for the distribution of the node number. This system is able to expand thirty-two nodes and the speed of the transmission under the well can reach 1 Mbit/s. The model of this system is adapt for many kinds of data collect sensor used under the well proved by the experiment and has a reliable performance under the environment of high pressure and high temperature.
