摘要
在变速箱加载测试系统中,对转矩转速传感器输出信号的处理是关键技术,通过实验方法研究了一种对JCZ型转矩转速传感器输出信号的处理措施。给出了相位差检测电路,分析了检测电路中各节点的信号波形,并设计了信号处理算法。此方法已应用于某变速箱加载测试系统中,并且取得了预期效果。
In the gearbox loaded testing system, processing signal of torque speed sensor is a key technology. By the experiment, the processing method of signal of JCZ torque speed sensor was studied. This paper provided the phase-different of detection circuit, and analyzed each node signal wave of the circuit, and then designed the algorithm of the signal. This method has already been applied to a gearbox loaded testing system, and has the expected effect.
