远程抄表漏水点定位及故障诊断模型的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了管道泄漏负压波信号的产生机理、信号传播规律,在对比分析了流量检测法、压力梯度法、负压波检测法的基础上,最终确定以负压波检测法及定位公式结合能量统计算法,实现漏水点定位。解决的主要问题包括漏水点定位计算、远程通信传输协议设定和远程抄表故障诊断模型。研究的基本内容包括水管网节点布置、安置压力传感器、信号放大,远程通信协议的设计,实时检测信号出现异常时提示,并且能计算出漏水点的位置。 This paper studied the creation mechanism and the propagation rule of pipeline leakage negative pressure wave signal. After analyzing and comparing flow rate detecting method, pressure grade detecting method, and negative pressure wave detecting method, water leaking point locating was implemented with negative pressure wave detecting method and locating formutas combining with energy statistical algorithm. This paper was dedicated on resolving such problems as the calculation of locating water leaking point, the setting up of long-range communication protocol, problem diagnosing model with long-distance meter. The study contents included the arrangement of water pipe net nodes, the installation of pressure sensors,the amplification of signals,the designing of long-range communication protocols, the prompt of abnormal real-time detecting signals, and the determination of water leaking positions.
