外语非通用语人才跨国培养模式改革探析——以广西民族大学为例

On Reform of International Training Pattern of Foreign Language Talents——Taking Guangxi University for Nationalities for Example

现行的外语非通用语人才跨国培养模式存在着刚性过强、学生话语权缺失等不足;应以高等教育新价值观为指导,更新教师教育思想观念,增强学生的话语权,设计更为柔性的培养模式、课程教学计划和教学管理制度,以促进外语非通用语专业学生更具个性、更有创造力地发展。

The current international eign language talents has such drawbacks training pattern of non-common foras stiffness and lack of students＂ speaking right. Under the guidance of the new value of higher education, we should upgrade teachers＂ educational ideas, strengthen students＂ speaking right, design a less stiff training pattern and teaching plan, and establish teaching administrative system, so as to promote the individual and creative development of non-common foreign language students.
