Harmonious Development Between Telecommunication Networks and Internet

电信网和互联网是两张现存的网络,这两个网络在商业模式、服务质量、安全、监管方面的有许多差异,但是技术的发展使得电信网和互联网提供的业务又在相互渗透。文章介绍了电信网和互联网的现状以及各自面临的问题,分析了电信网和互联网面临的这些问题产生的原因,提出了电信网和互联网协调发展的建议。

Two existing networks, Telecommunications network and the Internet vary a lot in terms of business mode, quality of service, security, supervision, management, etc.; however, development in technology facilitates a penetration of services provided by and between them. This article gives an introduction to their current status and the problems faced by them respectively. Based on causal analysis of these problems, a harmonious development between Telecommunication network and the Internet is also proposed.
