摘要
为了提高钢的纯净度,在国内某厂进行了超低氧含量钢的生产实践。在出钢过程中首先采用足够的铝脱氧,并且控制钢液中[Al]含量在0.040%~0.080%之间;在精炼过程中采用CaO-Al2O3渣系,CaO/Al2O3控制在1.32~2.52之间,尽量减少炉渣中的SiO2含量,实现了在LF精炼结束时,钢液中的总氧含量能够控制在0.0015%以下,实现生产超低氧含量钢的要求。
Industrial scale experiments of ultra-low oxygen steel was carried out in a factory. Adequate aluminum was adopted to de-oxidate during tapping and keep [ Al] content in 0.040% - 0.080%. CaO-Al2O3 slag was ehoiced in refining process and CaO/Al2O3 was 1.32- 2.52. Maintaining silica content in slag as low as possible; Then at the end of LF refining process total oxygen content could be controlled below 0. 0015% and acquired the ultra-low oxygen content steel producing.
