摘要
论述了混合料容积密度的合理分布情况,对烧结机布料系统进行了改进,使布料更为均匀、平整、偏析合理,提高烧结矿产量、质量,降低能源消耗。
The reasonable distribution of mix bulk density was discussed, the feeding system was modified, and the lateral bed uniformity,flatnessand reasonable size deviation were gained. As a result,the sinter output was increased and the sinter quality was improved, the energy consumption was decreased.
