摘要
招聘作为引进人才的重要环节,是人力资源管理的源头。在我国,人才市场作为中小企业招聘的重要渠道,其中的招聘管理环节急待创新。本文以创新的观念分析我国人才招聘存在的误区,以期对招聘工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
