摘要
从资源环境与经济发展的关系角度研究了中国的资源环境问题。从自主创新、产业结构、资源利用和环境保护、环保法制和考核监管四个方面对资源环境问题产生进行了深刻剖析,并从这四个角度提出了相应的对策建议。
The resources and environment problem are researched from the relationship between economic and resources and environment. The major reasons for the resources and environment problem are discussed form the independent innovation, industrial structure, resource utilization and environmental protection, environmental legal system and supervision, As last, the were offered from the four perspectives for future development.
