摘要
通过溶液培养,研究了美人蕉在不同营养条件下,不同Cd浓度的吸收情况。研究结果表明:美人蕉在营养元素N的作用下对于Cd的吸收是一个交互作用的生理效应;美人蕉在营养元素C的作用下对于Cd的吸收没有很大影响,只有C浓度增大到一定程度才有促进作用;美人蕉根对Cd的吸收量远远高于叶对Cd的吸收量且随Cd浓度的增加而降低。
Nutrition solution cuhure method was conducted to investigate the absorbability of Cd by Canna generalis under the circumstances of different nutrition and Cd concentration. The result reveals that firstly, the absorbability of Cd by Canna generalis presents a interactive physiological responses between heavy metal Cd and N nutrient; Secondly, compared with N, C nutrition has less effect on the absorbability of Cd by Canna generalis,however, when the concentration of C nutrition was raised to a certain degree, it could help Canna generalis promote the absorbability of Cd; Thirdly, the majority of Cd absorbed existed in the roots while just a little was found in the leaves, and the absorbability of Cd decreased with the raise of Cd concentration in the nutrition solution.
