提出工程装备保障链逆向物流的概念,阐述研究的必要性;对工程装备的逆向物资进行分类并研究其流向,总结工程装备保障逆向物流与正向物流的关系和逆向物流的特点;提出发展工程装备保障逆向物流的总体设想,并对逆向物流系统进行初步设计。
