近年来市场对于冷藏冷冻食品的需求量大大上升,为了保障此类食品的食用价值及食用安全性,冷藏链成为人们关注的焦点。文章从冷藏链的概念出发,总结了目前国内外学者在冷藏链研究领域的热点问题并加以分析,就冷藏链配送系统的研究方法提出了展望。

Since the market of frozen food is expanding rapidly in recent years, the research on cold chain has now become a focus issue in the logistics field. In this paper, we tried to overview and analyze the current situation of researches in the field of cold chain, based on which we also made an outlook of the future of cold chain distribution system.
