The Function of Applying JIT in the Supply Chain Management

21世纪市场竞争已由是企业之间的竞争逐步拓展为整个供应链之间的竞争,但供应链管理在运作时往往存在反应迟缓,信息失真等弱点,文章通过探讨及时制的核心思想及实施方法,指出了供应链管理中运用及时制理念的可行性和迫切性。同时通过分析Dell公司的案例,总结出供应链管理中实现及时制的几个要点,为企业间供应链管理的顺利实施提出了一些启发性的意见。

The competition among enterprises is gradually expanding to the competition among supply chains in 21st century, but there are some weakness, such as slow response, distortion of information exist in the operation of supply chain management. This paper point out the urgency and feasibility of applying the concept of JIT during the supply chain management by discussing the idea of JIT and implementing scheme. And sum up a few main points on realizing JIT during supply chain management though analysis of Dell＇s case, gives some comments in implement supply chain management among enterprises smoothly.
