532nm绿激光治疗33例(36眼)缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解532 nm绿激光全视网膜光凝术(Panretinal photocoagu lation,PRP)治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞(Central retinalvein occlusion,CRVO)的临床疗效。方法:依据眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)结果,33例36眼被确诊为CRVO;使用532 nm绿激光对此36眼进行PRP;光凝后每2周复查眼底,每3个月复查FFA,并随诊观察6~12个月。结果:本组病例PRP后6月时8眼(24.2%)视力提高,23眼(69.7%)视力无变化,5眼(15.1%)视力下降。27眼有效,总有效率为81.8%。结论:532 nm绿激光视网膜光凝术治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞是安全、有效的。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of treating isehemie central retinal vein occlusion (ischemic CRVO) by pan retinal photocoagulation (PRP) with 532 nm Green Laser. Methods:According to the results of fnndus fluorescence angiography (FFA) ,33 eases (36 eyes) had been diagnosed as isehemie CRVO and been observed; And PRP were performed on the eases. After PRP, the eases were examined fundus every 2 weeks, and were performed FFA every 3 months. The regular follow - up lasted for 6 12 months. Results: The visual acuity of the eases was improved in 8 eyes (24.2%) after PRP 6 months, and no changes in 23 eyes ( 69.7% ), and decrease in 5 eyes ( 15.1% ) ; and 27 eyes ( 81.8 ) were proved effective. Conclusions : It is safe and effective to treat ischemic CRVO by pan retinal photocoagulation with 532 nm green laser.
