术后早期炎性肠梗阻24例诊治体会

Experiences in diagnosis and treatment of early postpoerative inflammatory small bowel obstruction: a part of 24 case

目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的病因、临床特点及治疗。方法:回顾分析24例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断、治疗方法。结果:23例患者痊愈出院,1例因家庭经济困难好转出院。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻经保守治疗效果较好,一般不必手术。

Objective：To investigate the etiological factor, clinicl symptom, diagnosis and treatment in early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus. Methods ： A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 24 patients. Results： 23 cases were cured, and 1 case disched after improved because of financial straits. Conclusions： Postoperative inflammatory ileus can be cured by conservative treatment, not necessary re -operation.
