摘要
旋流分离器中流体流动规律的研究是认识其分离机理与能耗规律的基础。通过对单相与两相时均流场的研究,获得了对分离机理的新认识。基于流场的湍动性对分离有重要影响,通过湍流场的研究,获得了湍流度与ds0的关系式。在探明流动的压力场基础上,揭示了旋流器能耗的机制。在理论研究指导下,研究成功了磷酸污水处理用旋流器、淀粉精制用超小型旋流器、油中除水旋流器和反应器内置式触媒回收用旋流器等。
