摘要
本文用新型天然高分子壳聚糖制成膜植入小鼠股部肌肉内.按时处死,称量植入前后膜的重量以评价降解性,同时以外科缝合的丝线为对照,作组织相容性观察.结果表明,植入膜早期,组织处于慢性炎症反应期,16周时,膜已降解过半,纽织学反应与丝线对照组接近.壳聚糖膜虽然对机体产生一定反应,但随着壳聚糖的分解,其代谢产物对机体无明显副作用,可作为一种新型医用生物膜材料.
We prepared a new type of biodegradable menbrane with natural polymer chi-tosan and implanted in muscle of mice legs. Killed the mice on time, compared the weight of membrane between before and after implantation to evaluate the biodeg-rad-ability. Histological observation showed that the membrane caused a chronic inflammatory respones,by 16 weeks,the chitosan membrane had degraded up to half,and the his-tological response was similar to that of the surgical suture. These results indicated that the new type chitosan membrane have good tissue compatibility and biodegradability.
