摘要 镓合金是一种新型牙体修复用合金,本文报道了用Ames试验检测该材料有无潜在的致突变性,实验结果表明,在标准平板掺入法试验中,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型菌株作为试验菌株,测试材料各组均呈阴性结果.因此提示该镓合金材料在本实验室条件下对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸缺陷型菌株(TA_(97)、TA_(98)、TA_(100)、TA_(102)).无诱发突变作用. Gallium alloy is a new kind of material for dental filling. The purpose of the study was to answer the important question whether the material had potential muta-genicity. The result showed that this new material was negative in the plate incorporation test of S. Typhimurium,and the kind of Gallium alloy would not be mutagenic to S. Typhimurium(TA97,TA98,TA100,TA102).
