通过对薄壁小盖体的工艺分析,合理地确定了模具中的浇注系统、脱模机构等结构形式。模具采用了1模8腔的结构,阐述了模具的工作过程。
Through analyzed the molding process of the thin wall cover, determined injection system and demoulding system.mold used one cavity structure,and elaborated mold working pricess.
