摘要
以柜式空调器出风框为例详细阐述了三板式点浇口注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的滑块与斜顶相结合的抽芯结构、多弹簧顶出复位系统,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高;经过在实践中不断优化选材和热处理工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术,从而大大缩短了配模时间和模具的制造周期,提高了劳动生产效率,降低了模具的制造成本。
Taking the counter air-condition wind-casing as an example, the main design points and working process of the pin-point gate mold of three plates were stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mold was greatly improved by the typical angled-ejector and sliding- block structures and ejector-return system of many springs. The time of mold-make up and the cycle of mold making were greatly shortened by the optimize of select material and heat treatment technics, the control of machining accuracy and the improvement of mold fit technique in practice. At the same time, the labour productivity was improved and the manufacture cost of the mold was greatly depressed.
