摘要
高速铣削加工技术的应用,引起了模具加工业革命性的变化。本文总结了实际模具生产制造中应用高速加工技术的一点经验策略——临界区域预加工策略,该策略能够有效保证高速铣削技术的合理应用,使得模具型腔的加工过程更具有科学性。
The application of high-speed milling technology had aroused a revolutionary change in die ＆ mold industry.This paper summarized some actual die ＆ mold manufacturing experience strategies in the application of high-speed processing technology the pre-processing of critical region. The strategy can effectively guarantee high-speed milling of the rational application and make the mold cavity process more scientific.
