摘要
介绍了一种用运动控制卡控制的七轴多功能快速成型机的研制,包括机械部分、控制部分和软件部分。这种快速成型机可以实现四轴联动并能用于各种不同材料的成形研究,在高校实验室、各种研究所的研究工作中能得到广泛应用。
This paper mainly introduced the development of a rapid prototyping machine which combined seven axis PC-based controller. The development included the mechanical design, the control system and the software. The machine can work with four axis coordinated and be applied to rapid prototyping with different materials. It can be widely applied in the college laboratories and all the institute＇s research work.
