从成本控制的几个概念入手,说明了传统降低成本的方法,从研发成本控制、采购成本控制、生产成本控制、质量成本控制、营销成本控制、物流成本控制、人力资源成本控制等方面系统地阐述模具企业实施成本控制的基本方法和途径,并通过分析模具企业现存的成本控制障碍,总结出模具企业成本控制工作的方向指引。
