摘要
目的:研究平肺口服液是否能防治大鼠急性放射性肺损伤。方法:SD大鼠全胸单次照射20Gy建立急性放射性肺损伤模型,于照射前1周开始灌服不同剂量(20g.kg-1.d-1、10g.kg-1.d-1、5g.kg-1.d-1)平肺口服液,共灌服5周。每周称体质量,分别于照射后2周、4周和8周取肺组织,计算肺指数,常规病理学染色。结果:大剂量平肺组(20g.kg-1.d-1)大鼠体质量在照射4周后增长明显高于模型组(P<0.05),肺指数明显降低(P<0.05),病理学表现第4周和第8周炎症反应分别较模型组明显减轻。结论:平肺口服液20g.kg-1.d-1灌服可明显减轻大鼠急性放射性肺损伤炎症反应。
Objective: To study whether the radiation-induced acute lung injury of rats could be prevented by Pingfei oral liquid. Methods: A single dose of 20Gy was delivered to the thoraces of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. Different doses of Pingfei oral liquid ( 20g/kg/d,10g/kg/d,5g/kg/d ) were given orally daily from one week before irradiation until the fourth week after irradiation. Weights were measured weekly. The lung tissue were taken on the second, fourth and eighth week respectively after irradiation, and observed histologically. The lung index was also calculated. Results: Weight increases of Groug PL(20g/kg/d) were higher than the control group(p〈0.05), while the lung index was decreased(p〈0.05). Inflammation at the fourth and eighth week of group PL was much alleviated. Conclusion: Pingfei oral liquid 20g/kg/d given orally could alleviate the radiation-induced acute lung injury of rats.
