摘要
目的采用HPLC法建立冬凌草抗癌二萜类提取物的质量控制方法。方法用Kromasil C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长242 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果不同来源的冬凌草HPLC指纹图谱十分相似,有14个共有峰。结论该方法可用于控制冬凌草中抗癌二萜类的内在质量。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of anticancer diterpenoids extracts in rabdosia rubescins(Hemls. ) Hara with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods Chromatographic conditions: a Kromasil C18 column was used; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.5% phosphoric acid with a gradient elution. The UV detector was at 242 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The HPLC fingerprint of rabdosia rubescins(Hemls. ) Hara from different sources showed the similar characteristics, and have 14 common peaks. Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of this crude drug.
