摘要 适应性的递阶式车间控制系统ALSYS具有相对控制层次的独立性、相对应用过程的独立性和相对于计算机的独立性,基本上能满足适应性的要求。本文论述了该系统新颖的体系结构和功能模型,并介绍了以上海交通大学生产系统与控制技术研究所的CIM示范系统实例所进行的系统开发和实现。 Facing with various changes in technology, market and organization structure, modern enterprises must have such a kind of dynamic self-adaptability so as to adjust themselves to the rapid changes and development of outside environment. affecting an enterprise's manufacturing action directly, a computer master control system for manufacturing process should also have such an adaptability. An adaptable hierarchical control system for shop floor (ALSYS) is such one that has relative independence for control level, application process and computer, thus satisfying the above requirements. In this paper, its architecture and function mode are discussed thoroughly. Besides, from the system development and implementation in Production System and Control Technology Lab in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, some conclusions are drawn.
