目的:制备质量合格的罗红霉素肠溶片。方法:以罗红霉素的含量及其释放度来确定包衣参数。结果:此肠溶片无需包隔离衣,肠溶衣增重10%,释放度较好。结论:罗红霉素肠溶片包衣参数合理可行。

Objective：To prepare the qualified Roxithromycin Enteric-coated Tablets. Methods：To get the coated parame ters according to the content and release of Roxithromycin Enteric-coated Tablets.Results ：Roxithromycin Enteric-coated Tablets didn＇t need isolated coat,the growth weight of the Enteric-coated was 10%. Conclusion：The coated parameters of Roxithromycin Enteric-coated Tablets is reasonable and practical.
