肝癌介入治疗的护理

Nursing for intervention therapy of liver cancer

目的:探讨肝癌介入术(TACE)规范的程序护理。方法:对45例原发性肝癌行TACE术者进行护理配合。行术前准备、心理护理;术中配合;术后护理包括病情观察、并发症的处理、饮食指导。结果:患者惧怕手术的心理得到缓解,术中积极配合,术后反应减轻,未出现并发症。结论:TACE术可使肿瘤缩小,从而获得手术的机会。或延缓肿瘤生长,延长患者的生存期。提高患者的生活质量。但可能出现的并发症较多,术中护士的密切配合及术后的精心护理是TACE术成功的关键。

Objective：To discuss the nursing procedure of TACE. Methods：To carry out nursing for 45 cases original liver cancer treated by TACE. Before operation, preparation and mental nursing were carried out; after the operation, nursing included condition observation, treatment of complications and instruction of diet. Results ：Psychology of fearing was alleviated, they cooperated actively in operation with less reaction after the operation and no complications occured. Conclusion： Operation of TACE could make tumor contracted, thus acquire opportunity of surgical operation, or restrict tumor＇s growth, prolong patients＂ living period. It may improve sufferer＇s hying quality. But there are many possible complications, and the key of operation＇s success is nurse＇s close cooperation and meticulous care after the Operation.
