啤酒废酵母的葡聚糖提取及蛋白质回收工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用废啤酒酵母进行试验,采用较为简单、环保的酶促-自溶-碱法提取酵母葡聚糖和回收蛋白质。葡聚糖得率45.8%,纯度33.6%;回收蛋白质作为饲料添加剂的得率达到91.49%。经成本核算,以年产10吨葡聚糖计,每年可实现利润343.95万元,因此有很好的发展前景。 Extraction of dextran and recovery of protein in plenty of waste brewer' s yeast uesed of a relatively simple and environmentally friendly enzymatic - autolysis - alkaline. The extraction rate of dextran reached 45.8%, and its purity arrived at 33.6%. The recovery of protein produced the protein feed additive yield reaching 91.49 %. The cost accounting to an annual output of 10 tons dextran, annual profits were 3.4395 million yuan, so it wais very good development prospects.
