宁波的文化特色在于以浙东文化为主线与宁波商帮文化以及海洋文化相融合,在三者组合基础上的创新,是一种多元化文化相组合的结果。宁波特色文化的形成是宁波的独特的区位和地理环境影响下,宁波人的积极创造从而形成的特色文化。为了把宁波建设成为更强竞争力城市,我们要立足地理区位的优势,挖掘传统文化,培育更好的宁波特色文化。

The cultural feature of Ningbo is a result of assimilation and development of multi-cultural combination of East Zhejiang Culture, culture of Ningbo Business Gang and marine culture, the former being the main ingredient. It owes its formation to the geographical location and the originaity of the local people. To make Ningbo a still more competitive city, we should utilize the geographical advantage, excavate traditional culture and nurture an even better new one.
