In the diversified society, the school moral education is faced with greater challenges than ever. Discussing on the value diversification, the paper puts forward several suggestions from a new perspective： from seeking similarities to seeking similarities with the existence of differences; to cultivate the subjective moral personality of students; let students make decisions by themselves and go back to daily life for dialogues.
