摘要
在多元社会中,学校德育正面临着前所未有的挑战与冲击。本文基于价值多元化的背景,以一种全新的视野审视学校德育,并提出了德育工作的若干建议:从求同转向求同存异;培养学生的主体道德人格,学会选择;回归生活世界走向对话。
In the diversified society, the school moral education is faced with greater challenges than ever. Discussing on the value diversification, the paper puts forward several suggestions from a new perspective: from seeking similarities to seeking similarities with the existence of differences; to cultivate the subjective moral personality of students; let students make decisions by themselves and go back to daily life for dialogues.
