产ESBLs大肠埃希菌与非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌耐消毒剂基因检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解大肠埃希菌(E.coli)耐消毒剂基因(qacE△1-sul1)在产ESBLs组及非产ESBLsE.coli组该基因携带情况。方法PCR法对54株E.coli进行qacE△1-sul1基因的检测。结果54株E.coliqacE△1-sul1基因扩增结果,38株阳性,其中产ESBLs组携带qacE△1-sul1基因有20株,不产ESBLs组携带qacE△1-sul1基因有18株。结论qacE△1-sul1基因在E.coli携带率较高,且产ESBLs组与非产ESBLs组E.coliqacE△1-sul1基因携带情况差异无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the disinfectant-resistance gene (qacE△1-sull) in E. coli and the difference in carrying statue of the gene between extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs)- producing and ESBLs non-producing Escherichia coli (E. coli) strains. Methods PCR was used to amplify qacE△1-sull gene in 54 strains of E. cola Results The detection rate of qacE△1-sull was 70. 4% (38/54). 20 strains carried qacE△1-sull gene in ESBLs positive group, and 18 in ESBLs negative group. Conclusion The qacE△1-sull gene was highly expressed in E. coli, and ESBLs isn't associated with expression of qacE△1-sull gene.
