Taguchi法研究营养因素对硫杆菌产硫酸的影响

摘要 采用Taguchi方法考察了培养基成分对氧化亚铁硫杆菌代谢单质硫产生硫酸的影响,结果表明:单质硫对氧化亚铁硫杆菌产硫酸的影响最显著,(NH4)2SO4和MgSO4的影响次之,KH2PO4的影响较小,微量元素的影响可以忽略。试验结果验证了Taguchi方法的有效性。对氧化亚铁硫杆菌代谢单质硫产生硫酸过程动态研究发现,吸附菌量在培养初期呈对数期生长,然后不呈持续增加趋势;而游离菌量在达到停滞期前则不断增加,且硫酸产量与游离菌量间存在正向关联。 The usefulness of Taguchi method for the effects of nu- trients on production of sulfuric acid by thiobacillus ferrooxidans was investigated. Results revealed that elemental sulfur was found to be the most important factor in sulfuric acid production, whereas (NH4)2 SO4 or MgSO4 followed and KH2PO4 showed less significant effect. It is confirmed that the Taguchi method is valid for the factors analysis and optimization in the production of sulfuric acid by thiohacllus ferrooxldans. It was found that the attached bacteria kept a constant number after an initial exponential growth, in the growth course of thiobaeiUus ferrooxidans in batch cultures. The growth of free bacteria could continue replication before the stationary phase was reached and the sulfuric acid yield was found to exhibit positive correlation with the growth of free bacteria.
