摘要 以环氧大豆油(ESO)和苯胺对酚醛树脂进行改性,得到分子结构中含有苯并嗯嗪环的环氧豆油醚化增韧酚醛树脂预聚体,并通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。采用非等温差示扫描量热法及热重分析法分别对该预聚体的热固化温度及固化产物的耐热性进行了研究。同时研究了环氧大豆油不同添加量对改性树脂的冲击强度及弯曲强度的影响。研究结果表明,改性树脂的固化物失重5%时的温度为323℃,比纯酚醛树脂高80℃左右;而冲击强度在ESO添加量40%时为4.61kJ/m^2,是普通酚醛树脂的3~4倍。 A novel epoxidized soybean oil-toughened-phenolic resin prepolymer containing benzoxazine cycle in its molecular structure was synthesized by modification with epoxidized soybean oil(ESO) and aniline. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was adopted to investigate its molecular structure. Curing temperature of the prepolymer and heat-resistance of the cured products were measured by non-isothermal differential scanning calimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The effects of varying ESO amount on impact toughneSs and bending strength of the resin were investigated. The resuhes demonstrated that 5% weight loss temperature of modi- fied resin was 323 ℃, about 80 ℃ higher than that of pure phenolic resin;when the amount of ESO was 40%, the impact toughness was 4.61 (kJ/m^2) ,which was as 3 -4 times as that of traditional phenolic resin.
