摘要
介绍了一种适用于汽车点火线圈灌封的双组分环氧树脂灌封料,探讨了线胀系数、填料沉降、增韧剂等因素对抗开裂性能的影响。该环氧灌封料的线胀系数较低,对汽车点火线圈具有良好的渗透性,灌注后的点火线圈在-40~130℃下,能经受50次冷热冲击而不开裂。
An two-component epoxy potting material used in automobile ignition coils was introduced. The effects of linear thermalexpansion coefficient, filler sedimentation and flexibilizer on anti-crack performance were discussed. The epoxy potting material has lower linear thermal-expansion coefficient and good permeability to the automobile ignition coils. The irrigated ignition coils which was tested under the extreme temperature ( - 40 -130 ℃ )can undergo fifty times cold-and-hot shocks, without cracking.
