摘要
以飞机总体设计的评审为例,提出了基于DEA技术的飞机总体设计评审方法。首先,介绍了DEA的基本理论和应用步骤;然后,对输入、输出指标体系进行了确定和分类,并采用DEA Solver 3.0软件进行设计方案基于CCR模型的DEA有效性求解;最后,探讨了非DEA有效方案的改进方法、DEA有效方案的排序方法以及DEA最有效方案的优化目标。
In this paper, the review of aircraft preliminary design was taken for example, and its DEA-based review and optimization method was proposed. Firstly, the DEA's basic theory and applying steps were introduced. Then the input/output index system was determined and classified, and the DEA effectiveness of aircraft preliminary design based on CCR model was solved by the DEA Solver 3.0 software. Finally the improved method for the DEA non-effective design, the sorting method for DEA effective design and the optimization target for DEA most effective design were discussed
