摘要
磨削淬硬是一种将磨削加工与表面淬火相集成的绿色加工工艺,具有显著的经济和社会效益。通过建立横向进给磨削淬硬温度场的数学模型,并且利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行数值模拟,得到工件重叠区域温度场的变化情况。仿真结果表明,工件重叠区域在表面淬硬后随即发生了低温回火,整个工件表面的淬硬效果不一致。
Grind Hardening is a green processing technology that integrates grinding with surface hardening. It brings not only significant economic benefit, but also great social. The paper established the mathematical model of temperature field of transverse feed grinding, and analyzed the temperature field using ANSYS finite element analysis software. At last, the change of the temperature field in the overlap region was gained. The result indicated that low - temperature tempering was occurred in the overlap region af- ter surface hardening and the hardening effect of the whole workpiece surface is incongruous.
