摘要
提出了一种基于可编程多轴运动控制器——PMAC卡的轮廓仿形运动的实现方法,介绍了仿形运动控制系统的构建过程。主要通过机器视觉的方法,提取目标轮廓曲线的坐标信息。然后在Visual Basic 6.0的环境下开发上位机软件,通过调用动态链接库Promm32中的函数实现与PMAC卡通讯,并将目标轮廓曲线的坐标信息赋值给PMAC。最后运用PMAC样条运动模式实现目标曲线的仿形运动。
Introduce a way of profile trace moving based on PMAC ( programmable multi - axes controller ) and the composing of the prototyping control system. By the method of machine vision, we can extract the coordinates information of the object profile curve, and then communicate with PMAC by Promm32 with Visual Basic 6.0 to send the coordinates information to it. Finally, realize the profile curve trace moving under the spline motion mode of PMAC.
