摘要
针对原龙门铣床拖动系统中电路老化、运行不稳、启动困难等故障,提出并设计一种用国产直流调速驱动器替代原可控硅—电动机调速拖动的工作原理和改造方案。改造后的系统在实际运行中状态良好,完全满足龙门铣床使用要求。
The driving system of an old gantry milling machine had problems of electric circuit aging, starting difficultly and running unsteadily. Aiming at these problems, this paper designed a refitting scheme for replacing driver of thyristor - motor by homemade DC driver. The refitted gantry milling machine ran well.
