基于UG/NX的盒形件的三维建模及复合冲压模设计

Design of Composite Die and Three-dimensional Modeling for Box Part Using UG/NX

利用UG/NX进行了盒形件的三维建模及复合冲压模设计,完成了一种带倒装拉深、整形和侧孔冲压结构的复合冲压模具,缩短了模具的设计和制造周期。该模具可使拉深、底面四角整形、冲底面四个四方孔、翻边、冲侧孔五道工序集于一套模具,使操作方便,节省工时,提高劳动生产率。

Using UG/NX to design three - dimensional modeling and complex stamping die of a box - shaped pieces, completing a die with flip - drawing, manufacturing cycle. The die can integrate five sizing, four holes at the bottom stamping, plastic and side -stamping and shorten the design and processes in the mold, such as set drawing, four angles flanging and side holes stamping, it makes the operating easy, saves the working time, thus improves the labor productivity.
