摘要
为了满足玻璃钢(FRP)管道固化温度状态远程实时监测分析和远程监视固化现场情况的要求,本文介绍了FRP管道固化系统原理、内固化系统硬件结构以及视频监控的实现,采用了Socket编程技术和实时传输技术设计了基于Internet的FRP管道固化远程监测系统。实践结果证明该远程监测系统能及时反馈现场内固化视频图像和温度变化情况。
In order to meet the requirements of remote real-time monitoring of the FRP pipe curing process, an internet-based internal curing monitoring system is proposed for the winding machine. The Windows Socket programming and real-time transmission techniques are used for the remote monitoring system. Experimental results of the remote monitoring system are also given.
