摘要
从步进电机运行过程中的失步分析入手,提出了一种防止失步的对策:步进电机半闭环控制系统,给出了系统设计时,编码器的选择方法与选用原则,以及位置比较算法策略与软件控制逻辑。
This paper presents a measure of preventing the step-motor from falling out of steps. It is an indirect closed-loop control based on PLC. The selection of the encoder is dicussed. The position comparison algorithm and the software control logic are also presented.
