摘要
背景是影响原子吸收测定结果精度的重要因素之一,如何扣除背景也是原子吸收分析中较难掌握的地方。文章主要阐述了背景的产生以及氘灯背景校正原理,对实际工作中遇到的背景问题,逐一展开探索研究,同时针对仪器在使用过程中出现的典型故障加以分析排除。
The background absorption is one of the important influencing factors for the precision of the test result in atomic absorption spectrometry. How to correct the background absorption is a difficulty in the measurement of AAS. In this article,there is a particular explanation of the formation of background absorption and the principle of background correction by deuterium lamp. This paper discussed the background correction of environment sample and the typical trouble shooting during the measurement process.
