This article discusses the relationship between social capital and technological innovation, analyzes the social capital＇s impact on technological innovation through knowledge acquisition and absorption. Enterprises should improve social capital in order to protnote knowledge acquisition and absorption of knowledge, finally enhance the ability of technological innovation.
