浓缩型双调风旋流燃烧器的冷模试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 在冷态模化实验台上,对浓缩型双调风旋流燃烧器分别进行了正交实验和单因素实验,分析了一次风率、调风盘开度、内二次风角度和外二次风角度等因素的改变对回流量、出口旋流强度、扩散角和阻力系数的影响,得到各因素的最佳推荐范围:喷口处一次风率为8%-9%,调风盘开度为50%-70%,内二次风角度为30°-35°,外二次风角度为35°-40°.最后利用激光颗粒成像技术得到燃烧器出口的流场图,认为风箱内配风均匀性直接影响燃烧器流场的均匀性. Orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were carried out separately for the concentrated dual register swirl burner on a cold model test rig. The influences of the changes of primary air ratio, air register opening, inner secondary air angle and outer secondary air angle on return flow rate, outlet swirling intensity, diffusion angle and resistance coefficient were analyzed. The optimum recommendation range for each parameters are obtained, the primary air ratio at nozzle is about 8%-9% the air register opening is about 50%-70% the inner secondary air angle is about 30°-35°; and the outer secondary air angle is about 35°-40°. Finally the laser particle imaging technology was used to determine the flow field at the outlet of the burner. It is concluded that the uniformity of the flow field of the burner is directly influenced by the uniformity of the air distribution in the wind box.
