摘要
本文研究了用机械合金化方法制备出Si3N4/Fe基纳米晶复合粉末,用常规粉末冶金工艺烧结出试样,测试了复合材料的常温摩擦磨损性能,并对其显微组织进行了分析,认为纳米晶的界面确实可改善Si3N4与Fe的结合强度。
The studies on friction and wear properties of Si3N4/Fe based nanocrystal powder composite materials prepared by mechanical alloying method were made in this paper. The specimens were prepared by the traditional P/M processing. Their friction and wear properties at room temperature were measured and their microstructure have been analyzed. The results show that the interface composed of the nanocrystal will improve the binding strength of Si3N4 and Fe.
