摘要
从审计项目研究入手,运用现代项目管理理论,将项目管理中的时间管理、成本分析、风险管理等观点和方法引入审计管理领域,探讨如何构建审计项目管理体系以及对审计项目进行科学管理的可操作性,从而提高审计质量,减少审计成本,规避审计风险。
In this paper, by starting with the audit research projects and using of modern management theory, the article introduces several views and methods into the audit management field, such as time management, cost analysis and risk management, and discusses about how to construct the project management system, how to conduct scientific management of the project workability, and to enhance audit quality and reduce audit costs, avoid audit risk.
