论人本管理在高校研究生培养管理中的作用

On Significance of Man-oriented Administrative Management for the Cultivation of Graduated Students of University

基于我国科技、文化、经济和社会发展的新特征及其对高校研究生教育的影响,结合我国研究生培养工作的特点,提出"以人为本"的研究生培养管理理念,以求提高研究生培养管理的效益,促进研究生培养管理工作的进步。

Based on the new characteristics of science and technology, culture, economics and society of our country, and influence on the graduated students, as well as the administrative characters for the cultivation of graduated students of university, it is put forward that the man-oriented administrative management sense must be built up for the cultivation of graduated students to improve administrative effectiveness, and promote the cultivation of graduated students.
