摘要
信息网络化给高校科研管理工作带来了机遇和挑战。文章提出了当前高校科研管理工作存在的主要问题,分析了信息网络化对科研管理的影响和要求,认为只有转变思想观念、加快促进高校科研管理信息网络化建设,才会给信息时代下的高校科研管理提供有力保证。
The information network of university research management has brought opportunities and challenges. The article advances the major issues of the current management of the university scientific research, analyzes the impact and requirement of the information network upon the scientific research management, believing that only by converting the concepts, accelerating the construction of the information network for the management of scientific research work, the scientific research of university can be guaranteed in the age of information.
