高等学校实验室安全管理的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of safety management for laboratories in colleges and universities

实验室承担着各种实践教学和科学研究的任务，既是培养高素质人才和进行科技创新的重要基地，同时也是高等院校安全防护的重点场所，历来都是理工科高等院校非常重要的建设内容；该文针对理工科院校实验室安全管理的新特点，结合北京航空航天大学的实际情况，阐述学校围绕实验室建设总体思路所形成的安全管理文化和安全管理措施。

The laboratories bear the tasks of various practice teaching and scientific research. They are not only the important bases of cultivating high quality talents, performing the innovation of science and technology, but aslo the important areas of sefety protection, being always the very important construction contents in science and engineering colleges and universities. Aiming at the new characterisrics of laboratory safety management, according to the practical situation of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, this article describes the total thinking for the formed culture of safety management and the safety managemeng measures at the aspect of laboratory construction.
